Family Fun in March

When Uncle Wes was in town from Huntington Beach, California we went to dinner at Macaroni Grill in Portland. My dad gave me a crayon to keep me busy. I did a little coloring but really all I wanted to do was put it in my mouth.

It is a bummer that Uncle Wes lives so far away because he can really make me laugh. He is showing off my new shoes that dani sent with him to surprise me with. Not only did I get these cool new Nike shoes but my mom got a matching pair!

Grandpa Jim is making silly faces at me.

Grandma Candee is introducing me to my new Nike shoes. They sure are tasty!!

Even when my dad is tired after a long day at work we always have fun together.

I love to cuddle with my dad after all our fun.

My First Oatmeal

Since I am so interested in what my mom and dad are eating they decided to try Oatmeal with me at a little over five months old. I really liked it but I just couldn't figure out what to do with my tounge so they have decided to wait and try again when I am six months old.

Reading

My mom and dad think it is important that I learn to read before I go to school in five years. I have decided to start reading a bit sooner than they had planned.

I enjoy reading my "Frog" book that has soft fabric pages.

Here I am reading the Sunday paper in my own little red chair.

I really like to help my dad read the Sunday paper. I am a big help early in the morning!

Sometimes at night all that reading makes me tired.

I should be ready to start school before my parents know it.

Driving with Great Grandma Betty

My Uncle Wes was in town on March 21, 2009 so we all went to see my Great Grandma Betty. I had so much fun with her wheelchair and can't wait to visit her again.
